- Utilize your extensive knowledge of the solar industry to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target markets.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, address technical inquiries, and build strong relationships within the solar community.
- Conduct market research and analysis and voice of the customer to identify opportunities for growth and provide actionable insights to the new product development team and senior management.
- Work closely with product development teams to understand the technical features and benefits of our solar equipment and create compelling messaging for various audiences.
- Generate technical content such as whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation to educate customers and partners about our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and successful product launches.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and establish thought leadership.

- In-depth knowledge of solar components, systems, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with customer needs, competitor offerings and market dynamics in the solar industry.
- Proven experience in capturing customer insights, then developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interview and capture insights and convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to attend industry events and meetings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong technical background.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
