Sales Manager Innendienst(f/m/d)
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling demos with high-potential sales opportunities for our Sales Managers.
This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your sales career, as you play a crucial role in growing our customer base and developing your own skills.
Your tasks:
- Research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls to leads for xChange
- Identify decisionmakers, present the value of xChange, and schedule demo calls with the sales team
- Overcome objections and maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with prospects
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and work with our marketing team to continuously improve lead qualification and customer approach
- Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to report on all important activities and insights gathered throughout the sales process
