    Description

    Our client is an international trading firm in search of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team in Chicago. They need someone hard-working, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with administrative experience looking to dive into HR and Talent Acquisition.

    Job Description:

    • Coordinate candidate interviews, manage schedules, and maintain records in ATS.
    • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout interviews.
    • Assist in onboarding and new hire orientation.
    • Collaborate with the recruiting team.
    • Handle team credit card expenses and other assigned duties.

    Required Skills:

    • Preferably 2+ years of administrative experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, & Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Positive attitude with proactive problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills emphasizing customer service.
    • Availability for full-time onsite work.
