    :

    Central Baptist Village (CBV) is looking for someone passionate about serving and celebrating seniors to serve as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

    This individual will deliver full life-cycle employee recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews with hiring managers.

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be customer service oriented, and have the ability to remain unbiased and fair.

    Additionally, this individual will manage the Applicant Tracking System, manage careers pages (Glassdoor, Indeed), and contribute to social media efforts to recruit candidates.

    This role also plays an active role in the volunteer program by recruiting and screening volunteers.


    Job Responsibilities:

    Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, ensure job descriptions are accurate, and determine selection criteria for open positionsSource potential candidates through online channels using Web Recruiting software screen and interview candidates for hiring manager.

    Attend job fairs and recruitment events and develop long-term recruiting strategiesRecruit and screen volunteers as needed for daily activities, recurring opportunities or special events.

    $50,000Requirements:

    Position works 100% on siteMinimum of 1-year work experience in Human Resources or Talent AcquisitionFamiliarity with social media and professional networksHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsStrong computer skills and knowledge of applicant tracking software is requiredExcellent verbal and written communicationExperience in long-term care or healthcare is a plusStrong organization, planning, and customer service skillsAbility to work well with a diverse group of employees and volunteers#J-18808-Ljbffr
