WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING WITH US:

  • Distribution of tasks and detailed planning of the electrical pre-assembly of our machines
  • Proactive feedback on completed work and current workload
  • Participation in the further development of the department and achievement of goals:
  • Workplace design
  • Participation in work, safety, and health protection
  • Identifying potential for improvement
  • Independent electrical assembly according to drawings and plans
  • Electrical testing and functional tests
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance
  • If necessary, support in commissioning systems and machines at customer sites
  • Support in training apprentices

WHAT CONVINCES US:


  • Completed vocational training as an electrician or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the assembly of electrical systems
  • Experience in a similar role or leadership experience is an advantage
  • Teamwork and motivating work style
