We are looking for you as a support specialist (m/f/d) for our outpatient living in Nidda at Champion Heights, OH:

The Disability Assistance Wetteraukreis gGmbH (bhw) promotes, supports, and accompanies people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. Social participation, vocational qualification, and integration into the general job market are essential goals of the company.

In addition to workshops for people with disabilities and day care centers, a kindergarten for children with and without support needs, we also maintain various forms of housing throughout the Wetteraukreis.

Approximately 250 people live there.


Your future responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for assisting and guiding people with disabilities in an outpatient setting.
  • You support and promote these individuals according to their needs, taking into account their individual wishes, habits, and selfdetermination.
  • You provide the defined pedagogical assistance services according to the assistance and support planning.
  • You accompany and plan everyday activities, as well as organize and lead leisure activities.
