    Do you love the vacation or short term rental home sale market? We have an exciting commission opportunity to join our team and focus on vacation or short term rental home sales.

    We are looking for someone driven, good communicator, and licensed. You'll get the opportunity to tap into our home resources and systems.

    Our mentorship and coaching program will help you get started asap We have a hard working and fun team atmosphere.

    Responsibilities:

    • Convert pre-qualified leads
    • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
    • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base
    • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
    • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
    • Lead Generation
    • Lead Follow Up
    • Database
    • Sales talk mastery
    • Close sales
    • Set appointments

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a valid Real Estate License
    • Coachable
    • Good communication

    • Commission based role
    • Sales experience
