    Description

    ESC's premier client is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing Robotics' team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on new cutting-edge projects, including new product introductions and supporting major business strategy shifts. The Supply Chain Analyst will primarily focus on the sourcing team, working closely with global commodity managers and single-threaded product leaders to handle data analytics, quotations, lead times, tracking shipments, and in-stock metrics. This role requires expertise in supply chain management, data analytics, and familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle/Coupa. Join our clients' collaborative team and help shape the future of supply chain management. The position will be a hybrid position, reporting onsite in North Reading, MA 3 days a week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the global sourcing team
    • Track shipments, update quotations, lead times, and support clear-to-build projects.
    • Interface with in-house manufacturing teams to enable efficient tracking through data analytics.
    • Support various data entry and data gathering tasks related to supply chain programs.
    • Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.
    • Participate in meetings and team calls

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain Procurement, Order Management, Data Analytics, or Strategy Analyst.
    • Solid understanding of supply chain principles, supply, and demand dynamics.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Oracle, and Coupa (preferred).
    • Strong expertise in advanced Excel, ERP systems (Oracle or NSAP), and creating quotations.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
    • Hybrid onsite in North Reading, MA
