ABOUT THE JOB


Working within Wis-Pak's Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for day-to-day procurement processes ensuring that Wis-Pak receives the right products, at the right time, at the right cost.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Analyze supplier KPIs, compile scorecards, and lead supplier scorecard communication
  • Develop, communicate and maintain corporate indirect spend programs
  • Develop proposal requests, contact suppliers for proposals, analyze proposals and recommend business award
  • Administer contracts with suppliers
  • Coordinate supplier changes
  • Maintain material cost records in the ERP system
  • Research and reconcile invoice discrepancies
  • Plan, execute, communicate and update purchase orders
  • Participate in continue improvement and change management initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations management, Business Management or related fields
  • 1 to 3 years of supply chain or procurement experience
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP system experience preferred
  • Power BI experience preferred

  • Data analysis skills: 2 years (required)
  • Contract negotiation: 1 year (preferred)
  • Supplier management: 1 year (required)
  • Purchasing: 2 years (required)
  • Materials management: 1 year (preferred)
  • Demand planning: 1 year (preferred)
  • Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Supply chain management: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • CPIM (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
