  • This is what your day looks like with us as a Feel Good Manager in Cameron, WV
  • You work as an important interface to our employees, moving through our halls with open ears and an open heart
  • You are responsible for creating documents for various personnel measures (employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references, certificates, etc.)
  • You manage and shape the entire personnel administration, such as vacation, sickness, working hours, creating statistics, evaluations, and reports
  • You maintain the digital personnel file and personnel data in our ERP system MS Dynamics Navision
  • As a central interface to our tax office, you independently work out the payroll data for the monthly salary payments
  • As a contact person for your colleagues, you support them as a personnel lexicon for questions related to social security and payroll, as well as topics such as company pension schemes, company savings plans, and more
  • We place great value on the development of our personnel department. As a specialist in this area, we are excited to hear your opinions and new ideas
  • Your sparring partner for all these topics is the commercial management, with whom you have regular close communication

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have already completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a personnel clerk or have a comparable qualification
  • As a passionate HR professional, you bring previous work experience in the field of personnel management
  • You have a good command of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
