Your Responsibilities:

Order processing and tracking in the relevant region
Monthly monitoring of delivery dates for all outstanding orders and communication of information to customers
Ongoing maintenance of customer master data and sales prices in the corresponding systems
Handling of delivery time inquiries and future availability
Customer service via phone and/or written communication, including identifying issues and forwarding them to the appropriate contacts
Resolving discrepancies on customer accounts

Your Profile:

Completed commercial education and previous experience in commercial support
Familiarity with SAP (MM) is preferred
Structured and reliable work style
Confident and effective communication skills in German and English
