Your Responsibilities:
- Order processing and tracking in the relevant region
- Monthly monitoring of delivery dates for all outstanding orders and communication of information to customers
- Ongoing maintenance of customer master data and sales prices in the corresponding systems
- Handling of delivery time inquiries and future availability
- Customer service via phone and/or written communication, including identifying issues and forwarding them to the appropriate contacts
- Resolving discrepancies on customer accounts
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial education and previous experience in commercial support
- Familiarity with SAP (MM) is preferred
- Structured and reliable work style
- Confident and effective communication skills in German and English
