These exciting tasks await you:

Creating attractive job advertisements
Independently preselecting received applications in coordination with the departments
Coordinating and conducting interviews, including video and phone interviews
Actively approaching candidates through all channels
Maintaining and developing our applicant management system )
Continuously analyzing and optimizing all search orders and procedures

What will impress us:

Completed commercial training and/or a degree in human resources or psychology
Several years of solid and proven experience in employee recruitment, ideally in the service sector
Strong affinity and experience in holistic recruiting
Convincing communication skills and fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Independent and structured work style with a high level of reliability and flexibility
