    Job DescriptionMarketing and Communications Manager Position
    Environmental Education Nonprofit MinnesotaSalary: $46,000 - $50,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experienceTerrific Marketing and Communications Manager position with an environmental education nonprofit in Minnesota. The Manager will oversee and implement all marketing and communications initiatives for the organization and its educational programs. Typical responsibilities will include content creation, digital marketing, print marketing, branding, and donor communications. The position will collaborate extensively with program staff to develop strategies for marketing programs, including events, summer camps, and other educational activities. Ideal candidates will have an eye for design and be capable of creating engaging content. Candidates should have approximately 2+ years of related experience. This position can be fully in office or operate on a hybrid schedule. The salary for this position is $46,000 - $50,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience. Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the lead team member for all marketing, branding, and communications related to the organization
    • Implement strategies identified by an external marketing consultant
    • Manage digital marketing, including the website and social media
    • Serve as a storyteller for the organization to various audiences
    • Review content and manage the publication of materials
    • Oversee and manage the annual marketing plan
    • Collaborate with program staff external consultants on marketing tactics to promote programs
    • Assist with the creation of donor communication materials and development events
    • Manage the marketing budget
    Qualifications:
    • Approximately 2+ years of relevant marketing and communications experience
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Experience implementing marketing campaigns
    • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with digital marketing tools (I.e., WordPress, Canva, etc...)
    • Keen eye for design, creative and resilient
    • Tech Savvy; website design experience a plus
