- Provide on-site leadership and supervision for ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines, regardless of the location.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews at various project sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards and identify any potential issues or risks, regardless of geographical location.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project progress, regardless of project location.
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations at all project sites.
- Monitor project budgets and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions, regardless of project location.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or queries, whether in Arkansas or nationwide.
- Resolve construction-related problems or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner, regardless of project location.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and supervise construction teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the state of Arkansas or nationwide, as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction vehicles and equipment safely.
