JOB DESCRIPTION_

Title: Superintendent w/ Porter Duties
Region: Flatiron District
Salary: Hourly: $27 $28/ hour

Hours: Monday

Friday | 8am5pm (1hr unpaid lunch)
MUST have or be able to obtain FSD license & S95 license

Qualifications and experience needed for this position:

Knowledgeable in HVAC equipment, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry HVAC operations and adjustments
Perform maintenance and light repairs, painting, tile work, plumbing (repairing/ replacing faucets, fountains, toilets, signage, fencing, etc.)
Undertake light installations and buildouts e.g., carpeting, cabinets
Repair equipment or appliances
Undertake duties as assigned and/or emergency tasks e.g., snow removal
Identify and notify management on any needs for major repairs

Must be comfortable with performing porter duties

Garbage removal, sweep, mop etc
Clean exterior of the building
Glass cleaning of the front of the building
Cleaning of offices in the basement
Cleaning tasks inside the building

Preferred experience:

Licenses: S95 & FLSD License

Physical requirements include:
walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movement
