The position will play an integral role in supporting our financial advisors throughout the sales process and in building their businesses.

This role will help create time efficiencies that allow our advisors to focus on additional revenue generating activities.

$45,000 - $60,000 base salary (depending on licenses, credentials, and experience). You can build your salary with continual professional development.


What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Oversee case notes, process correspondence, and maintain client case files
  • Input data, run proposals, and gather information at direction of financial representative in preparation for client/prospect meeting
  • Run existing clients inforce ledgers many with multiple policies
  • Contact clients to confirm receipt of forms or request return of completed forms and maintain current client information
  • Arrange medical, paramedical, and any exams necessary for underwriting
  • Contact and advise clients regarding nonsecurities sales and servicerelated issues
  • Process incoming nonsecurities related insurance service requests from clients

What you need to succeed:


At a minimum, you'll need to be:

  • Committed to professional development (obtaining IL Life & Health Insurance License (employer paid)
  • Obsessed with details, organization, and order
  • Trustworthy, committed to confidentiality, and show unparalleled integrity

$45, $65,000.00 per year
