**Essential Functions**
Deliver and retrieve all mail and correspondence.
Answer telephone in the Conference & Catering Services office and take complete messages, if necessary.
Liaison between Director of Conference & Catering Services and all levels of management and associates.
Maintain communications between associates, management and the Conference & Catering Services Department.
Distribute and maintain various paperwork Group Resumes, Banquet Event Orders, Daily Events, Change Logs.
Update & maintain the Daily Events on all digital TV screens.
Scheduling of appointments for Director of Conference & Catering Services and other managers as directed.
Computer support: word processing, spreadsheets, databases, e-mail and Windows applications Powerpoint, Publisher preferred.
Attend necessary team, department, supervisory, and resort wide meetings as directed.
Complete and coordinate special projects as directed.
Assume all other responsibilities assigned

People oriented and possess good organizational and communication skills.
Educational Requirements: High school Diploma, college or business degree preferred
Must have proficient computer skills: all Windows Microsoft packages
