TeamDynamix is seeking a remoteKnowledge Manager to join our Professional Services team.
As the first dedicated Knowledge and Learning resource, the role provides a unique opportunity to set the strategy and vision for knowledge management within TeamDynamix.
Reporting to the Director of Process Improvement Services and sitting within the Professional Services organization, this position is ideal for candidates that are creative, possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and also have a strong technical aptitude.
About the RoleKnowledge Management
Own knowledge management processes, oversee knowledge structure, and serve as a knowledge practice subject matter expert
Organize TDX knowledge assets and oversee the life cycle of information
Monitor the use and impact of shared knowledge
Oversee feedback on the knowledge base and act as necessary to fill gaps or address issues
Learning Management System (LMS)
Own the customer learning management system service and provide oversight and direction
Develop and oversee a certification program for TeamDynamix products
Content creation and collaboration
Produce and collaborate on innovative content such as instructor-led presentations, LMS courses, user guides, job aids, lab instructions, assessment, and credential questions
Workclosely with the Client Services team on self-service and online support strategy, including the Client Portal, Knowledge Base, Q&A, and Chatbot
Manage content development projects from start to finish, contributing to the content development process as well as managing content development SMEs/resources/partners
Produce release notes and related articles prior to major release dates
Research - Stay ahead of new product functionality and keep knowledge content up-to-date based on product release schedules
Internal – Provide oversight for internal compliance training and documentation
About You
Bachelor's degree
5+ years relevant experience in the Knowledge Management and/or LMS space
Understanding of and experience utilizing knowledge best practices
Technical writing skills
Experience with eLearning tools
Experience with knowledge management tools and learning management systems
Expertise in creating standard operating procedures related to knowledge management
Vendor management for related outsourced work
Preferred, But Not Required, Experience
Experience working for a B2B SaaS company (highly preferred)
Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC) by the STC
Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM)
Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) certification / experience
ITIL certification
Video editing experience
LMS experience such as Talent, Canvas, Docebo, Blackboard Learn, Skillsoft, Moodle
What Does This Role Pay?
The wage range for this role contemplates the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including (but not limited to) skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At TeamDynamix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 to $110,000 plus a variable incentive.A member of our People Operations team can discuss compensation with you further should you be asked to complete a phone interview.
