WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Execution and coordination of serial preparation in coordination with projects (design, procurement, quality)
  • Creation of production and production supply concepts based on the pull principle
  • Implementation of work flow planning (determination of processes and sequence within assembly)
  • Determination of general operational planning parameters (e.g. order times based on MTM/REFA)
  • Calculation of product costs
  • Implementation of work system planning (planning of workstations, production lines, etc.) taking into account modern production methods and ergonomic aspects
  • Creation of work instructions
  • Integration of external logistics service providers into the production process
  • Implementation of optimization projects within assembly
  • Continuous improvement of processes in the assigned area of responsibility

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in production engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in production planning/preparation
  • Strong technical understanding of production processes
  • Knowledge of modern production methods
  • Further training as a REFA technician (or comparable qualification)
  • Experience in recording standard times based on REFA or MTM
  • Proficient in SAP R/3
