    POSITION SUMMARY:
    The Senior Financial Analyst will be a part of the FP&A group. This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis supporting company-wide strategic and operational initiatives. This individual will also be a key business partner to multiple business units throughout the organization.

    This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. citizen status.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    Manage/perform daily, weekly & monthly financial reporting related to month end close, metrics, and performance tracking
    Perform/support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long range planning
    Perform modeling, capital justifications and variance analysis to support business partners
    Perform/support costing accounting and rate setting for manufacturing facilities
    Partner with business and internal finance stakeholders to drive process improvements with cross functional owners
    Develop executive-level analyses and presentations for both key deliverables and ad-hoc projects
    Provide finance technical expertise as a true financial resource to business partners. Build trusted relationships with leaders to ensure the success of the organization
    Other projects and reporting as needed
    Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
    Maintains the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
    Advanced computer skills with high proficiency in excel spreadsheets and financial modeling
    Working in financial reporting and planning tools and systems
    Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities to exceed employee expectations
    Work independently, strong work ethic, is self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
    Ability to lead and work on cross-functional teams to support the core business, ensuring quality products are delivered on time
    Computer aptitude (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
    Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
    Must be a team player and willing to learn new skills and concepts


    QUALIFICATIONS:


    2 years of work experience or a recent graduate from an IT Technical School or receipt of an Associates' Degree.

    3-5 years of experience in finance or related field
    Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business
    Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship and must be an eligible U.S. Person
    Experience with general manufacturing organization preferred
    Experience within the aerospace or additive manufacturing industry considered a plus
    MBA a plus
