Your responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with nursing quality standards, revising and updating nursing protocols
Coordinating the nursing services of each department with the goal of providing the best possible patient care
Strategic project management: Sustainable recruitment of nursing professionals, international recruitment, (further) development of integration and onboarding processes, change management
Setting the framework for shift and vacation planning
Monitoring compliance with collective bargaining and labor law regulations, taking into account the duty of care
Supporting and assisting department heads and staff with questions and new developments
Ensuring information flow at all levels of the nursing service
Coordinating between nursing and medical staff, administration, training facilities, other hospital departments, and patients and their families
Leading working groups and managing interfaces
Managing hiring, terminations, and other personnel measures
Planning and monitoring the continuing education budget
Ensuring efficient management of operations
Scheduling and organizing internships (selection, scheduling, and organization)
We expect from you:
Degree in nursing management/nursing science or a degree from a nursing program as a registered nurse (m/f/d
