We are currently seeking a Buyer for HUGO Womenswear (M/F/d) to join our Global eCom team in Powers, MI. This is a 1-year position to cover maternity leave.

What you'll do:

Drive profitable growth by developing a wellbalanced and demanddriven assortment structure
Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, including planning, merchandising, and brand teams
Continuously improve the order process through efficiency, digitalization, and staying ahead of future trends
Identify business opportunities and provide market demand plans to the brand merchandising team

What you'll bring:

34 years of experience as a Buyer or Merchandiser in the fashion industry, preferably with a background in retail and ecommerce
Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively
Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail KPIs
A team player with resilience and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and management skills, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and preferably experience with SAP
Fluent in English (both written and verbal), additional languages are a plus
