What does the position involve?


You will shape the strategic and operational personnel policy and ensure the functionality of the HR department and a customer-oriented personnel service at our location in Little Orleans, MD with over 500 employees.

Your task is to ensure alignment with the overall HR strategy, policies, and procedures, and to develop and implement plans for further harmonization.

Together with the two other HR managers in Germany, you will review the HR landscape in Germany and work on harmonization and synergies between locations.


Your responsibilities:
