Description
We are looking for a dedicated Backoffice Sales Representative to support us in managing our clients three mornings a week.
We are a consulting company in the field of strategic education and higher education management.The basis of our work is the close and trusting cooperation with our clients, with whom we work together to develop and achieve goals.
Our clients include universities, ministries and governments, municipalities and regions, the EU, foundations and NGOs.We offer you the opportunity to work in our office or from home in a dynamic team.
Your responsibilities:
- Customer support (e.g. by phone, email) and assisting colleagues in creating offers
- Assisting in planning and booking business trips
- Planning and preparing internal meetings
- Procuring internal materials (business cards, etc.)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- Strong customer and service orientation and team spirit
- Very good German language skills, fluent in spoken and written, and good English language skills
- Flexibility in terms of content and time, as well as high commitment
- Knowledge of the German and European higher education system
