We are looking for professionals in social pedagogy (m/f/d) for the management of integration assistance:

Your tasks

You determine the needs and carry out the care planning for people with disabilities.
You work together with case managers as part of the interdisciplinary management of integration assistance.
You advise people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers.
You manage costintensive services and developments of individual care alternatives as well as new care offerings.
You contribute to the further development of the social spatial approach through conceptual work and networking of existing services (e.g. through active participation in working groups).
You implement strategic objectives within the framework of projects.
You cooperate with other partners in the care planning process (employment agency, youth welfare office, counseling services of providers of social welfare, workshop councils, etc.).

Your profile

You have successfully completed a degree in social work or social pedagogy or a comparable qualification (diploma or bachelor's degree from a university or dual university).
You are resilient
