- 8+ years experience as a UX/Product Designer
- Proficiency in design and systems thinking to facilitate workshops, develop solution frameworks, map IA models, craft user flows, wireframes, and construct prototypes.
- Expert in responsive and accessible web-based design solutions.
- Adept at leveraging, optimizing, and contributing to design systems and UI pattern libraries
- Expert in design, analytics, and collaboration tools like Figma, Amplitude, Full Story, Jira.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to craft and present findings and proposals in a compelling way to stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and test design solutions effectively.
- Experience in new product development and user research.
- Experience working across multiple platforms: responsive web, iOS, Android, TV, voice
- Experience as a course instructor or teaching assistant.
- Experience leading and facilitating large-scale design-thinking workshops.

As a Product Designer at Coursera, you'll be an integral part of our Design, Research, and Brand Creative teams that play a vital role in Coursera's success. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $155,040 and $180,234. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
