What to expect from us:


As a Junior Inbound Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) in Seaboard, NC, you will ensure that our goods arrive at our warehouse on the most efficient route and at the desired time.

You will not only take care of issuing and processing all accompanying shipment documents, but also ensure a smooth flow of information between the Supply Chain, Logistics, and our warehouse.


Your tasks in detail:

  • You will take full responsibility for and organize inbound transports
  • You will support the Brand Team in creating new products and the Customs Department in imports
  • You will obtain quotes from freight forwarders and review freight invoices
  • You will also handle problem cases in inbound logistics
  • You will act as a liaison and work closely with your colleagues from the Supply Chain and Logistics teams, as well as with suppliers and freight forwarders

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or similar
  • Relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of customs regulations
  • Good Microsoft Office skills to create reports for management
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask
  • You approach problems with a clear mind and solve them efficiently
  • You are able to meet strict and short deadlines
