- Contract Management:
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and closure.
- Develop and implement contract management strategies and policies.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Manage contract repositories and organize contracts for easy access and retrieval.
- Monitor contract performance and handle any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Contract Systems:
- Evaluate, implement, and manage contract management software and tools.
- Customize contract management systems to align with company needs and workflows.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on using contract management systems effectively.
- Continuously improve contract systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Contract Drafting:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and service contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, finance, and product teams, to ensure contracts meet business objectives.
- Develop standardized contract templates and clauses to streamline the drafting process.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting contracts and update templates accordingly.
- J.D. degree and active bar membership
- 4+ years of experience in contract management and drafting, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law, ability to work with outside counsel on IP, litigation and compliance issues.
- Experience with contract management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience working with gaming platforms or mobile apps.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to the tech and gaming industries.
- Previous in-house counsel experience is a plus.
