    Welcome to the exciting opportunity to join our team as a Guest Experience Leader at an independent McDonald's franchisee restaurant.



    Responsibilities:

    The Guest Experience Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests by:

    • Checking in with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience
    • Addressing any guest concerns effectively and escalating when necessary
    • Assisting guests with self-order kiosks and resolving issues
    • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
    • Providing special assistance to families and guests with special needs
    • Informing guests about promotions and offers, including those on the Mobile Order & Pay app
    • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating suggestions to management


    Pay Range:

    $15-$16 Per Hour
