    The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures.

    This is an overnight position with working hours from 11pm to 7am.

    Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities Responsibilities:Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:hourly talent acquisition,employee relations activities,retention analysis & action planning,HR Administration for On and Off boarding,payroll,timekeeping and compliance.benefit and policy questions.

    Administers companywide HR initiatives.
    Coach and influences leaders and associates.
    Conducts employee investigations.
    Education Level preferred Associate or experienceCertifications PreferredYears of HR Generalist Experience Preferred 2 to 3Years of Recruitment Experience Preferred 1Years of Employee Relations Experience 1Years of Employee Investigation Experience 0HR Administration Experience ( generalist payroll, etc) 1
