- Independent operation, monitoring and control of various production equipment
- Compliance with quality requirements and quality control of our production results
- Assisting with machine setup and troubleshooting simple issues
- Successfully completed vocational training as a miller / process technologist in milling and grain processing
- Ideally, you have already gained work experience in a mill
- Willingness to work in shifts and enjoy physical work
- Teamwork and a responsible work ethic
- Good knowledge of German and basic computer skills
