Job Description:

  • We are looking for a motivated student (m/f/d) who would like to write a thesis on the topic of "Developing a Concept for Sales Enablement". The position involves developing a concept to optimize sales processes and employees through the use of sales enablement.
  • Research and analysis of best practices in sales enablement
  • Creation of a concept for implementing sales enablement
  • Identification of training and support needs for the sales team
  • Identification of sales support tools and processes
  • Presentation of the concept and recommendations to the management team

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business administration, economics, or a similar field with a focus on sales and training
  • Experience in sales and sales processes
  • Knowledge of sales enablement
  • Analytical skills and ability to process complex information
  • Excellent communication skills
