What is the job about? What are the requirements?

The individuals living in our facility receive support with daily living, managing their social and economic interests, and participating in leisure activities, as well as some basic care assistance.

The living environment is familial, characterized by mindfulness and care, and a true home for the individuals living here.

The goal of our day-structuring service is to support the individuals in our facility who are present during the day with their daily organization, including activities outside of the facility such as individual and group outings, doctor or government appointments, as well as providing care and household assistance.

Ideally, you have completed training in a social or healthcare field and have experience working with individuals with disabilities. Competent non-professionals with basic qualifications are also welcome. You are a team player, have empathy, and are willing to meet the needs of our users.

What do we offer?

You will receive fair compensation according to the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD), including special payments and inflation compensation.
