    Tukaiz is a leading single-source marketing solution for distributed brands throughout the United States. Our proprietary marketing automation software seamlessly integrates boutique agency services, multi-channel marketing production, and distribution.

    Tukaiz is located in Franklin Park, IL and offers flexibility for some remote work, but the role would primarily be in office.

    Role Description
    This is a full-time Strategic Account Coordinator role.

    Responsibilities include supporting a team managing key client relationships, collaborating with client partners to execute marketing campaigns, project managing direct mail programs, providing excellent customer service and support, and working with cross-functional teams to strengthen client partnerships.

    Qualifications
    Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service
    Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
    Account Management experience
    Analytical Skills to report and analyze account information

    A candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 1-2 years experience working in the marketing industry or with marketing software is a plus.
