SUMMARY


The Account Coordinator collaborates closely with assigned Account Managers (AM) to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the Account Management department.

This role involves assisting in various tasks such as price quote administration, opportunity management, follow-up on active quotes, project management, and artwork administration.

The primary objective of the Account Coordinator position is to provide support to Account Managers while simultaneously undergoing training and preparation for transitioning into the role of Associate Account Manager or Account Manager in the future.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages quote and work order administration in Moss Operating System which may include but is not limited to: price quote administration, opportunity management, follow up on active quotes, project management, artwork administration
  • Participates Project Launch meeting to align cost assumptions, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with outside services providers contracted for the projects.
  • Supports Account Managers in managing the project schedule such as the lead times, art file requirements, PO deadlines, installation scheduling, and production scheduling as needed.
  • Responds promptly to inquiries and, when applicable, forwards information to the appropriate person.
  • Participates in meetings with customers, installers, outsource product providers, and internal resources, as needed.
  • Performs back up coverage for Account Managers during business travel and PTO.
  • Maintains all required documentation such as change orders, approvals, scheduling, and client files in Moss OS, as needed
  • Understand Moss's inhouse and outsourced capabilities and knows the stepbystep details required to deliver a successful project.

  • Response time in executing assigned tasks
  • Clear and Concise communication with external and internal clients.
  • Increased knowledge and development of Moss products and services over time.
  • Shows ability to work independently and with direct task assignments

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

  • Works closely with Account Managers, production mangers, and contracted service providers to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Enlists the support of technical resources, production resources, and other sales and management resources, as needed.
  • Works closely with all departments within Moss to ensure accuracy and quality orders while enhancing customer service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Preferred: Sales or Project Management experience.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of work experience in a fastpaced, highdemand, highquality environment.
  • Preferred: tradeshow or exhibit build experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in reading blueprints and design decks.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, both with internal team members and external customers and prospects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
