- Title: Logistics Coordinator Export Air
- Status: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
- Pay Rate: $20 to $27 per hour (DOE)
- Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
- Plan, coordinate, and streamline air shipments for export, exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with airlines and other service providers (trucking companies) to ensure operational smoothness.
- Generate billing invoices via the FNS system and dispatch A/R invoices to clients.
- Supervise monthly A/P invoices from vendors, aligning payments with the accounting department prior to due dates.
- Organize and manage air export services for both domestic and international cargo.
- Communicate with various stakeholders (customers, suppliers, partners, etc.) throughout the shipment processes.
- Prioritize clearance and delivery to meet client demands, A/R, and A/P timelines.
- Maintain and consolidate operational data like customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and related information.
- Submit daily activity reports to the management team.
- Execute miscellaneous projects as assigned by the management.
- Emphasize customer satisfaction and nurture positive relationships with suppliers and transport providers.
- Possess keen attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to manage multiple projects and systems simultaneously.
- Acquainted with logistics management systems.
- Ability to perform under pressure with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Korean (a bonus, though not mandatory).
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed during peak periods and special initiatives.
