- Prospecting, establishing, and maintaining value-based relationships with customer

Minimum 3 Years' experience in Large Format Graphics or Signage Field - Current book of business preferred but not mandatory for the right individual
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity
- Ability to sell digital print & signage products
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, and self-driven with the ability to meet sales goals
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow through
- Ability to work with CRM daily

Must have Large Format Print Experience Who we are and who we are looking for: Super Color Digital was founded in 1981. We are a grand format commercial printer, fabricator & UL listed signage company. We are one of the largest grand format printers in the country with locations in Irvine, CA & Las Vegas, NV. We are true partners to our clients, not just "another vendor." We are open 24/7 to service our client partner needs. One of our everyday company statements is "if it is not against the laws of physics, we will get it done" We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record of selling commercial printing and/or signage products. Individual must have the ability to provide visual solutions to our customers and prospects through a consultative/value-based approach. The ability to maintain and grow their customer base and increase revenue by qualifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
