WHAT YOU WILL DO:


The
AV Ops Technician - Infrastructure is an on-site, in-office role that involves managing the repair and upgrade process for AV systems.

This includes handling ticket intake, coordinating and scheduling with AV vendors, and verifying completed work.

In support of engineering and operational objectives, this position will gather information and make recommendations for improving the AV experience for internal customers.

This may involve tasks such as gathering requirements, scoping projects, acquiring vendors, managing tasks, and communicating with internal teams and stakeholders.

The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, room up-time, and process efficiency by successfully coordinating repairs and upgrades to existing systems.

This role may also work on projects that impact the collaboration and AV experience at new and existing locations.


Responsibilities:


  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders for new systems or changes to existing systems, and assess their impact on the overall AV experience.
  • Coordinate team efforts, interact with and support internal and external stakeholders, and assign and/or complete project tasks
