    Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 with Two Annual Bonuses

    Position Overview: Our prestigious construction firm, with a thriving presence in New York City, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent specializing in corporate interiors. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and executing interior construction projects with the utmost professionalism and precision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct and oversee the construction process of corporate interior projects from conception to completion.
    • Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
    • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on corporate interiors.
    • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a diverse team of construction professionals.
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

    Compensation Package:

    • Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
    • Generous bonus program with two annual bonuses recognizing Independence Day on July 4th and the holiday season at Christmas.
