Description

Job responsibilities include:

daily cleaning of sidewalks and inside of the building, trash and recycling maintenance, small repairs for tenant's plumbing or electrical issues, snow removal, weekly roof inspection, weekly inventory of cleaning supplies, weekly boiler inspection (when in use), apartment inspection (and cleaning if necessary) when tenants move out.

Snow accumulation over 4 inches will be additional pay to salary. Large repairs and painting/cleaning the apartment will be additional pay to salary.
