Key Responsibilities:

Electrical System Management
Plan, design, and implement comprehensive electrical systems tailored for the Battery Plant's unique requirements. Oversee the installation and maintenance of large-scale electrical systems, ensuring safety and functionality.

Project Estimation & Change Orders
Provide accurate cost estimates for change orders, ensuring efficient resource allocation while maintaining budgetary control.

Team Supervision & Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise electricians and contractors to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project timelines. Recruit, manage, and coordinate subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Compliance & Safety Oversight
Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations. Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of the workforce.

Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. Manage work sequencing and oversee multiple crews to optimize productivity and resource utilization.

Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation
Skillfully interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts.

System Testing & Quality Assurance
Direct and supervise system testing to verify the safety and functionality of electrical installations. Implement quality assurance practices to ensure the safe and timely completion of all projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent, preferably in the battery or related industry.
- Indepth knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication abilities.
- Ability to provide accurate estimates and manage change orders effectively.
Pay:
$100, $140,000.00 per year
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Automotive Manufacturing: 3 years (required)
Electrical Superintendent: 3 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Holland, MI (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Holland, MI: Relocate before starting work (required)
