To strengthen our
Residential Asset Management team, we are currently seeking a
student assistant (m/f/d) at our Hamburg location.

Your responsibilities:

You will support the team in the thorough examination of data and Excel lists, as well as in contract management tasks
You will independently prepare presentations and rental reports
You enjoy administrative tasks related to residential real estate
You keep an overview by conducting research and preparing real estaterelated key figures, for example

Your profile:

You are studying in the fields of (real estate) economics, urban planning, or civil engineering (at least 3rd semester) or a related field
Previous experience in a similar environment, for example through internships or parttime jobs, is desirable
You have good experience working with common MS Office programs, especially Excel
You can support us for approximately 1520 hours per week (flexible schedule to be discussed)
You
