Position Summary:
Management and supervision of a team of professional and paraprofessional personnel accountable for providing direct patient care within the District of Columbia.
Position will coordinate patient services within the Agency, hospitals and the community to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Manager focuses on practice standards, appropriate utilization of services, and compliance with regulations and company policies.The Clinical Manager is responsible for assuring appropriate matches between clients' needs and the skills and abilities of the clinical staff assigned to each case.

Experience:
