    Description
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

    Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.opportunities in the company and helping us win.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years or relevant experience; Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word.
    • Government contracting and acquisition practices.
    • Creative thinking with the ability to multitask.
    • Proficient in the use of SharePoint and/or Microsoft Teams collaborative TeamSites.
    • Microsoft Office Word Specialist certification.
    • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS) and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) proposals.
    • Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) clearance.
    Being clearable for a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Intelligence Community Top Secret security clearance is highly desired.

    Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.Travel as much as 25% is required for assigned proposals, nominally for two-week periods at a time.


    • Overtime may be required to complete proposal tasks on time, as necessary.
