Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance of and enhancements to the capability inventory in alignment with latest regulatory requirements and guidance
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as Risk, Operations, Treasury, Finance and Legal to gather necessary inputs for RRP submission
- Perform review and challenge and quality control of narrative components to promote alignment with requirements
- Provide SMA insights related to evolving rules and regulations and Citi's compliance with the requirements
- Develop the executive summary and key central chapters of the Recovery and Resolution Plans
- Coordinate review and challenge as well as quality control across all Recovery and Resolution plan components
- Develop summary and supporting materials to support Board and other required signoffs on the Plans
- Develop traceability for regulatory requirements, expectations, and peer practices and ensure plans and capabilities align
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, law, or related fields
- Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, risk management, financial regulation, project management, or similar fields
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective engagement with senior stakeholders
- Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in a role focused on and comprehensive understanding of capabilities as well as proven track record with testing programs (e.g., developing testing templates, standards, criteria, documentation and after action reporting)

Regulatory Environment:
Deep knowledge of financial regulations and requirements, particularly those relating to recovery and resolution planning
- Capital and
Liquidity Management Knowledge:
Should understand the complexities of capital and liquidity management
- Compliance Management: Knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as experience representing large financial institutions (preferably G-SIBs) with regulatory bodies (e.g., OCC, FDIC, FRB, PRA, EBA, etc.)
- Analytical Skills: Highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills
- Technical Skills: Proven track record with project management and project management tools (e.g., Wdesk, Microsoft Product Suite) to manage large scale regulatory submissions of 1000+ pages across 30+ stakeholder groups representing all of Citigroup
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Teaming: Proven track record engaging and partnering with Business Unit (BU) leaders and crossfunctional teams (e.g., Risk, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Technology, etc.)
