Job Title:
Business Risk & Controls Supervisor at Citi
The Supervision team within Markets and Securities Services collaborates with Trading and Sales businesses, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and O&T to implement Supervisory Controls in response to regulatory requirements. The role involves supporting Supervisory Controls across Markets and assisting in CAP remediation, oversight, and project management. Additionally, it entails contributing to the development of the supervisory framework, governance, and the Supervisory committee.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and enhancement of the Supervisory framework & platform
- Collaborate with business counterparts to align on Market-wide approaches and changes in Supervisory principles
- Manage the successful implementation of changes within set objectives and timelines
- Develop and execute mitigation strategies for identified gaps and deficiencies
- Contribute to the risk management framework
- Assist in various areas of the Fraud Risk Management program, including documenting fraud laws and regulations, updating the Fraud Management Program document, and ensuring compliance with Citi's risk frameworks and policies
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in Business Risk & Controls
- Background in Front office/Markets controls or control environments
- Experience with cross-product markets and large change programs
- Track record of stakeholder engagement and project delivery
- Proven ability to drive process improvements
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
