Responsibilities of the RepairCoordinator include, but are not limited to:

Communication with customers and sales team regarding repair opportunitiesVerify availability of stock and ship datesPreparing price quotes for repairsCoordinate sub-contracted work with outside vendors.

Enter and follow service jobs through completion.
Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule.

Experience in pump service and fabricationEmployee management experienceAbility to motivate team and accomplish goalsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Able to lift 20lbs.

, ability to sit using a computer for extended periods of timeWorking Conditions: 90% Office environment 10% machine/fabrication shopTraining/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: Day shift 8am-5pm; overtime (with approval)
