Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Consultant Alpine (m/f/d) to join our team at our branch in Hamburg.

Selling new Alpine vehicles to private and business customers
Maintaining and expanding the customer base, as well as acquiring new customers
Responsible for the entire sales process from consultation to creating individual offers and delivering the vehicle
Continuously supporting customers and implementing customer retention measures
Ensuring profitability of each sale
Implementing marketing measures and planning events
Reporting to the Brand Manager Alpine on the current situation and results in the new vehicle sector compared to target agreements
Tracking realized volume and initiating necessary optimization measures in consultation with the Brand Manager Alpine
Ensuring follow-up of customer complaints and customer satisfaction
Handling lease returns

Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as an automotive salesperson
Extensive experience in vehicle sales, preferably in the sports car segment
Good knowledge of the local and European new vehicle market is desirable
Confident and professional demeanor
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of self-motivation and independence
Ability to work with data-driven systems
Results-oriented work approach
Proficient in using computer and dealer management systems
Willingness to work in field sales
