Responsibilities:

  • Consideration of both internal and external factors (internal risks and potentials vs. market risks and potentials) that can influence the sustainable development of the department
  • Work on the structures of the business unit, rather than within the structures
  • As part of the strategy team, have a say in the overall company strategy and have insight into necessary key figures
  • Ensure individual personnel development within the immediate department and act as a people partner in the direct area of responsibility/team
  • Set necessary and suitable meeting structures for the department
  • Ensure all necessary network and sales structures for the department

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest and skills in working with structures and processes (moving away from daytoday operations) and shaping strategies
  • Interest and skills in taking on economic responsibility
  • Strong interest in developing and empowering employees
  • High interest in understanding the target market (patients) and protecting their interests
  • Interest in product knowledge
  • Good computer skills
  • Class B driver's license
