Since April 1999, SALO+PARTNER in Magdeburg has been your local contact for vocational rehabilitation and integration. Since then, working with individuals with mental and physical impairments has been a central part of our work.


We work on behalf of the Federal Employment Agency, job centers, the German Pension Insurance, and other social security providers in the field of vocational rehabilitation, vocational training, and activation/placement.


We are currently seeking a highly skilled, competent, and helpful team member to join our team as a
Psychologist (m/f/d) for a vocational rehabilitation program.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your professional qualifications
  • Working with a vocational training provider, focusing on vocational rehabilitation for individuals with mental disabilities
  • Collaborating with a team
  • Conducting individual and group counseling sessions
  • Documenting progress
  • Administering psychological tests
  • Facilitating trainings in communication and social skills
  • Writing reports

Your profile:

  • You hold a degree in psychology, rehabilitation psychology, or a related field
  • You have a high level of resilience, empathy, and are a team player
  • You are creative and able to think outside the box
